Every Family Has a Story
Therapy That Honors the Relationships That Matter Most
Families come in many forms, and no two families are exactly alike. Whether your family has been together for generations or is navigating a recent transition, every family brings its own strengths, challenges, traditions, and ways of loving one another.
My role isn't to define what a family should look like. My role is to understand the relationships that are most important in your life and help strengthen the connections that support healing, growth, and lasting well-being.
I welcome individuals, children, teens, young adults, parents, caregivers, and families from a wide variety of backgrounds, experiences, identities, and family structures. This includes traditional and blended families, single-parent households, divorced and co-parenting families, grandparents and other kinship caregivers, adoptive and foster families, chosen families, and families whose relationships may look different from what others expect.
I am committed to creating a space where every person feels respected, valued, and free to show up as their authentic self. Together, we'll explore your family's unique strengths, navigate life's challenges, and build healthier patterns of communication and connection.
An Affirming, Relationship-Centered Approach
Every person brings their own experiences, identities, culture, beliefs, and relationships into therapy. These parts of who we are shape how we experience the world, our families, and ourselves.
I believe meaningful therapy begins with curiosity rather than assumptions. I strive to understand each person's lived experience without asking them to explain or defend who they are. Whether we are exploring identity, family roles, cultural experiences, relationships, or life transitions, our work together is grounded in respect, collaboration, and genuine curiosity.
Strengthening the Relationships That Matter Most
At the heart of my work is a simple belief:
Strong relationships help children, families, and individuals thrive.
Whether I'm supporting a young child, a teenager, an emerging adult, parents, caregivers, or an entire family system, my goal is always the same—to help people better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create lasting change together.
No matter what your family looks like, you deserve a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood.
Every Family Deserves to Feel Understood
Every family has a unique story, and every story deserves to be heard with curiosity, compassion, and respect. No matter what your family looks like or where your journey has taken you, you deserve a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood.
